System Components & Features
The XRF high-frequency melting equipment consists of four integrated systems:
Heating System
Utilizes proprietary high-frequency power supply to create vortex induction heating on the platinum crucible for precise temperature control.
Control System
Features touch screen display with programmable controller (PLC) that stores at least 10 sample programs. Users can set melt parameters including current, time, and processing steps (oxidation, heating, constant temperature, rotation, forming) for automated sample preparation.
Mechanical System
Automated casting type with exclusive "centrifugal variable speed rotation plus positive reversal" mixing technology (Patent No. ZL201020155249.7).
Water Cooling System
Composed of water pump, water tank, and exhaust fan. Operating parameters: inlet temperature 5-45℃, inlet pressure 0.1-0.3MPa.
